➤ What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for orders of our Limited & Open Edition Prints.

When placing an order please ensure your shipping address is correct. 

As soon as the artwork has been produced at our photo lab and approved by Despina Zaimis Photography, it will be shipped to its global destination. 

 How long will it take before I receive my artwork?

Shipment within the European Union takes approximately 4-10 working days, while for countries outside the EU it may take up to 7-14 working days. For shipments outside of Europe, please expect 8 -16 working days. If an artwork is shipped outside the EU, please keep in mind that custom clearance may cause delays.

➤ Will I pay any taxes or customs fees on my order?

As long as you’re situated in the European Union you do not need to pay any import taxes. For non-EU residents, however, import taxes depending on your country of residence may apply.



We want you to be satisfied with the prints you have received!! If the outcome is not what you expected, please reach out to us and we will work together to find a solution.

➤ Cancellations of orders unfortunately cannot be accepted once your images have been printed and shipped.

➤ If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it: info@despinazaimis.com

In order for returns to be accepted, all artwork must be in perfect condition within the original packaging and with any enclosed documentation. It must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of the replacement of the photo.

The artwork(s) can be returned and exchanged with another artwork of the same or higher value or a store credit which can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return.

➤ If the artwork is damaged during delivery you must contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the damage along with the packaging. We will then supply a replacement at no cost to you.
